All treats sold by Beauy’s Chew Crew are 100% natural and may vary in size, shape, colour, and weight due to their natural origin. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at checkout before they are processed. We accept all major payment methods available on our platform.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

A product is unavailable
Payment cannot be verified
Fraudulent activity is suspected

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. Tracked delivery is available at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used treats.

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

There is a quality issue

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
