Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products (natural dog treats), we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.

We will happily replace or refund items if:

• They arrive damaged,

• The wrong item was sent, or

• There is an issue with quality.

If there’s a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can put it right.
